  • Built the internal platform in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Docker that replaced paid systems with in-house modules (service desk, customer data platform, embedded BI and document hub), cutting costs and improving operational efficiency.
  • Implemented semantic search with a multimodal LLM over the legacy Salesforce attachment archive, with summaries and title normalization for PDFs and images, cutting document retrieval from days to minutes.
  • Shipped the voucher e-commerce for a 193-location network in Next.js and FastAPI, with transparent checkout, money in Decimal, health data under Brazil's LGPD and operation across 4 time zones.

  • Rolled out open source in place of paid tools (GLPI, Apache Superset and Grafana), self-hosted on Linux with NGINX and SSL: over R$ 10k per month saved in licences with no loss of functionality. The solution later became an in-house module of the internal platform.
  • Implemented Jira workflows and automations, with automatic status transitions for cards and epics as work progressed, eliminating manual updates and giving visibility into queues and SLAs.
  • Automated manual IT tasks with Python scripts: reconciling phone carrier invoices (lines, plans and amounts) against spreadsheets and stock, loading inventory into the system and cleaning exported reports, saving about 15 hours a month.
